| What music formats are supported for mixing? |
|
Supported formats include MP3,WAV and M4A (iTunes - non protected).
Protected iTunes files (M4P) cannot be converted by the
Training Principle software because they
are protected by Digital Rights Management(DRM).
Hopefully, Digital Rights Management(DRM) will eventually be stopped
and all your purchased music from the iTunes store will be supported.
Look for non-protected songs in the near future when purchasing music. If you want
to use protected files, you must create a CD of the songs, then rip the CD into your library. When ripping, MP3 format is preferred, but not necessary (Will be faster when creating playlists).

| In the event of an error, what do I do? |
|
The best way to solve errors occurring within the Training Principle application is to turn on logging and repeating the steps that were taken to produce the error. Click on the Help menu item and select Turn On Logging. Then repeat the steps that produced the error. Once you receive the error, click on the Help menu item again and select Send Debug Report. An engineer at Training Principle will receive the error report and look into the issue to provide a fix.

| What is the difference between re-mastered and not re-mastered workouts? |
|
Re-mastered workouts are workouts that are recorded using real human voices (Trainers from Training Principle or your own facility). The non re-mastered workouts are recorded with human synthesized speech (Man or woman produced by a computer by translating text to speech).

| Why can't I use my iTunes music that was purchased from the iTunes store? |
|
iTunes music purchased from the iTunes store is protected and cannot be, by law, used
in the mixing process. iTunes music contains a DRM (Digital Rights Management) technology
that prevents and limits the use of the music file. To use DRM protected music files,
burn them on a CD, then re-rip the CD into an MP3 format.
